It is best to stay indoors when there is a fly hacker to avoid getting killed. The fly hacker uses fly hacks and just flies around the map, killing anyone they find. These are the most hated and annoying of the bunch, they use hacks and there are two main types: Fly hacker and scam hacker. These people go on killing sprees and have most likely have AK's but they do rampages in servers that are small and that have no government roles. They go on rampages and rob banks and do things that most people would consider annoying, police have a struggle with them because there are so many of them and they all (not all the time) have AK's or any gun that is good. Gangs are most likely a bunch of people have the same pattern or hairstyle such as the green hair gang. Best way to stop them is blocking off entrances/exits (this is not prop blocking) Yes bases they raid them and take any loot and kill everybody in there beside their teammates they're rare to find so you don't have to worry about them raiding you. These people don't rob banks or the money truck they raid bases. They may use hacks in order to achieve this. These players rob the bank in order to kill bank robbers. They may have varying quality of weapons, however most have a decent weapon capable of a large amount of damage.

These types of players have decently fast cars or cars that can take a beating such as Humvee or the Minivan. They will promptly shoot you in order to obtain the item. Scammers will ask for an expensive item and wait for you to pull it out. The prices, however, can be thousands or more. They are often well armed and strategic in order to get to the target. These players set up a shop and advertise their hitman business, and charge money for kills. These players try to kill players holding guns either to obtain a gun for personal use or to sell it for easy money. If this happens, you could either change buildings or change server. They may refuse to leave even if you say no, and killing them might just come back to you to beg further.
